It is an .ISO file so you need PowerISO to extract it.

Instructions: (12 Easy Steps)
1.Extract ISO to a folder on the desktop.
2.Run Setup.exe
3.Select the "Get latest updates for installation" option.
4.Select the "Upgrade" option.
5.When Product Key prompt appears, just click next.
6.Follow prompts to finish the installer.
7.Restart your PC.
8.Run Windows Update and install all important updates.
9.Restart your PC.
10.Run w7lxe-v10 from the folder on your Desktop.
11.Select the "Loader" option.
12.Restart your PC.
